1. The contestant should be a student of a recognized Media course in any of the recognized colleges in India .
2. A photocopy of the participants ID duly attested by the Head of the Department from their institution should also accompany the entry.
3. One student can submit more than one entry. Each entry should accompany 100/- rupees processing fees.
4. A crossed draft of Rs. 100/- taken in favour of M.P. PRABHU, payable at Padur must be forwarded along with the entry.

1. All fields of the entry form must be filled and signed by the participant.
2. Application forms can be photocopied or printed for additional use.
3. Time duration for the Entries should be as follows:

Short Film - 20 minutes (Maximum)
Documentary - 30 Minutes (Maximum)
Advertising Film - 30 Seconds (Maximum)  

1. Entries must be in DVD format.
2. There should be subtitles for all entries other than English.
3. Final date for accepting entries is February 20th (Saturday), 2010.
4. Entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
5. Submitted entries will not be returned.
6. The IMPACT jury/committee will preview and censor all entries and decide which ones will be screened / nominated on/for the day of the event. The IMPACT jury/committee's decisions on selections are final. Only participants whose entries are selected for screening will be informed by email and telephone.
7. First place winners for DOCUMENTARY and SHORT FILM will be awarded cash prizes of Rs.10,000\- each.
8. Second place winners for DOCUMENTARY and SHORT FILM will be awarded cash prizes of Rs.5000\- each.
9. Third place winners for DOCUMENTARY and SHORT FILM will be awarded cash prizes of Rs.1000\- rupees each.
10. Ad film First prize Rs.5000, Second prize Rs.2500, Third prize Rs. 1000.
